offer a walk in party?
[Answer]
Inform the cashier upon arrival that
you're interested in a walk-in party. Walk-in party groups
are reserved based on a first come, first serve basis. If

Can I bring
in a cake?

Yes. You are encouraged to bring a
birthday cake. No other outside food or beverages are allowed.
Is the
birthday child part of the 10?
[Answer]
Yes, parties of
10 include the birthday child.
Do you
supply the birthday cake?
[Answer]
No. iT'Z Albuquerque does not supply
the birthday cake.
Can we
use our coupons for the birthday party?
[Answer]
A minimum of 10 guests for the party
package is required, however we do not accept any coupons
that are not directly related to birthday parties.
How far
in advance do I have to book my party?
[Answer]
Parties can be
booked up to 1 year in advance. Guests are encouarged to
book their party online to check available dates. Reservations
can also be made by calling iT'Z Albuquerque at 505.883.3677.
Walk-in parties are also available.
If I didn't
book a party, can I come in and bring cake, presents and decorations?
[Answer]
Walk-in parties are welcome. You are
encouraged to bring birthday cake.
Do you
have anything special for the birthday child?
[Answer]
For all pre-booked birthday parties,
the birthday child receives a special gift.
What does
hosted or un-hosted mean?
[Answer]
Hosted - you have
the option to host (pay for everyone attending)
Unhosted - all additional guests attending
will pay for themselves upon arrival.
If I need
to cancel, how much notice do you require?
[Answer]
You will need to cancel at least
72 hours prior to the scheduled event order date. Otherwise
the deposit is non refundable. Parties must be canceled
at the store.
Do I need
to bring in a guest list with me the day of the event?
[Answer]
Yes. iT'Z will use
this list to check in party guests. Anyone not on the guest
list will be charged for a buffet and drink upon arrival.
